Fix a broken, unresponsive or sticky iPhone Home Button

If you're unfortunate enough for you iPhone or iPod touch's home button to become sticky, unresponsive (takes a few click of home button to work) or broken (won't work no matter how many clicks) there may be a solution without sending your iPhone/iTouch back to apple for repairs:

The only tool you will need is a toothbrush - yes that's right a common toothbrush. This personally reolved the problems with my Home Button.

1) Press on the side or top of your home button so part of it is depressed2) Press the bristles of the toothbrush hard into the depressed area - some bristles will slip underneath the home button and clear any blockage that may be inside your iPhone/iPod.3) Use circular motions with the toothbrush while slowly moving your finger around (following with the toothbrush) to explore the entire circumference of the iPhone's home button. This method will (depending on the source of the problem) at least improve the responsiveness of your iPhone's home button at at best fully fix the problem!
